F4W reports NXT on Wednesday, Nov. 4, head-to-head with AEW Blood and Guts. No match is named in the source used here.

This is a partial card. The only sourced fact is a reported air date. F4W says NXT and AEW go head-to-head on Wednesday, Nov. 4. Bryan Alvarez posted: “Confirmed that November 4th NXT and AEW are going head-to-head. That’s the Blood and Guts show and NXT was told to load it up.” The quotation is the confirmation. “Load it up” is not a list of matches, so this file has a segment and no bout.

F4W says TV Insider listings put NXT on Wednesday, Nov. 4, instead of the usual Tuesday. The status on this page is rumored. Reported is the word in the overnight wire. Rumored is the status this site uses when a date is in a report and a match is not. Calling the empty card announced would read as if WWE had posted a lineup. WWE has not, in the source used here.

The same report carries Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio. The account is that The CW wants the move because election-night coverage on Tuesday, Nov. 3, would preempt the show on “far too many stations.” That is the network reason in the story. It is not a start time. timePosted is false, so the calendar hold is all-day rather than an 8 p.m. claim this desk invented.

Nov. 4 is the first NXT date after Halloween Havoc on Saturday, Oct. 31. Havoc has its own preview and its own matches. Those matches are not copied here. The Tuesday results from Oct. 27 are also a different file. The NXT hub remains the Tuesday shelf and links this page as the reported exception.

Blood and Guts is the AEW show on the same Wednesday, at VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena in Jacksonville on the card already filed. Alvarez’s post is why the two shows are described as opposite each other. Their match lists are not merged. A name that appears only in an outlet this drop did not approve is not added to make the card look full.

When an allowed source prints an actual NXT match for Nov. 4, this file should gain that match and a second look at the status. Until then the segment is the whole card, and the pill stays rumored.
