Backstory
The Oct. 24 recap confirms Nightingale, Wrathlander, and the Brawling Birds against Triangle of Madness and Divine Dominion.
This is a partial card. AEW’s event page puts Blood and Guts at VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena in Jacksonville, Florida, on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. ET. The page sells the live special and does not print the matches. The matches below come from AEW’s October 21 Dynamite recap and October 24 Collision recap. A third bout is not assumed.
Blood and Guts is filed on the PLE hub because it is a tentpole special with a cage stipulation, and it is linked from Dynamite because AEW has been building it on the Wednesday show. It is not a weekly Dynamite card. Fright Night is the episode in between.
The men’s match AEW printed by name
AEW’s October 21 recap ends its Blood and Guts section with a lineup: Will Ospreay, Adam Copeland, Steven Borden, the Young Bucks, and Darby Allin against Kazuchika Okada, Kyle Fletcher, Wardlow, Kevin Knight, Mark Davis, and Jake Doyle. The same recap calls Ospreay AEW World Champion, Allin TNT Champion, Okada International Champion, and the Young Bucks World Tag Team Champions in the matches that set the brawl up. The eliminator earlier that night had Davis and Doyle beat the Bucks and earn a future tag shot. The recap still calls the Bucks champions when it prints the Blood and Guts line. This page follows that wording. It does not move the tag titles.
The path to the match, in AEW’s report: Fletcher and Knight beat Ospreay and Copeland when Fletcher pinned Copeland after Okada hit Copeland with the International Title. A post-match beatdown brought Borden back with Allin. Borden challenged for Blood and Guts. Don Callis accepted later in the show. On Collision, AEW’s recap says Copeland answered by naming November 4 in Jacksonville. The slurred line in that recap is not repeated here. The date and the city are.
Ospreay’s world title and Allin’s TNT title are not stipulated as on the line in the lineup sentence. Callis, in the same Dynamite recap, talked about using the match to soften champions and take belts. That is a promo claim inside a results article. It is not a title-match stipulation. The world title file and the TNT file keep the weekly defenses separate from this cage match.
The women’s match AEW said it confirmed
AEW’s October 24 recap says a women’s Blood and Guts match was confirmed for November 4 in Jacksonville: Willow Nightingale, Wrathlander, and the Brawling Birds against Triangle of Madness and Divine Dominion. Earlier in that show, Wrathlander — Kris Statlander and Harley Cameron — beat Divine Dominion, Lena Kross and Megan Bayne, by disqualification when Julia Hart and Skye Blue attacked and Thekla joined them. Nightingale ran in. The recap says the numbers turned, and backstage Nightingale said she had called the Brawling Birds. She, Statlander, and Cameron then said “Blood and Guts” together. The confirmation sentence comes after that scene. This card uses the confirmation, not the challenge alone.
The same recap schedules Wrathlander against Jamie Hayter and Alex Windsor for the women’s tag titles at Full Gear, and the October 21 recap calls the Brawling Birds those champions. This cage line uses the team name from the confirmation and does not put the tag titles on the line. Full Gear has its own card.
What stays off the page
Texas Death, a trios rematch request, and the TNT match on Fright Night are real items in the October recaps. They are not Blood and Guts matches. Swerve Strickland asked Hangman Page for Texas Death at Full Gear and Page refused the stipulation while agreeing the rematch could happen at the pay-per-view. That argument belongs on the Full Gear file. Putting it here would make one November Wednesday carry every grudge in the company.
When Jacksonville happens, this page needs results with winners, submissions, or surrenders sourced to AEW or another outlet on the list. A cage finish is easy to exaggerate. The rule does not relax because the match type is violent. The road map puts this show in order with Crown Jewel and Full Gear without pretending the cards are complete.
