Liv Morgan

Liv Morgan's Women's World Championship, as WWE tells it: the Money in the Bank win, the Fresno disqualification, and the Crown Jewel match.

This profile is the sourced trail of Liv Morgan’s current Women’s World Championship, not a career history. Early reigns, tag titles, and any injury report that is not in the pages below are omitted. The red illustration is a no-disqualification comic. It is not a portrait. WWE’s champions index lists her as Women’s World Champion. The title file holds the belt. This page holds the sequence of matches WWE has actually described.

New Orleans, October 10

WWE’s Money in the Bank page dates the event Saturday, October 10. The result line is Liv Morgan def. Stephanie Vaquer and Becky Lynch in a triple threat to win the Women’s World Championship. The body says the title went back to The Judgment Day, that Morgan regained it, and that she is a four-time champion in the Crown Jewel preview’s later telling. One sentence on the Money in the Bank page calls the prize the Women’s World Heavyweight Title. The header and the champions index say Women’s World Championship. This file treats those as one belt with two labels in WWE’s copy, not as two titles.

The finish WWE describes: Vaquer and Lynch argued, Morgan was knocked out and came back with a Three Amigos, Vaquer hit Devil’s Kiss, a superkick from Vaquer sent Lynch onto a table, and Morgan hit Oblivion on Vaquer while the champion was distracted. Morgan “escaped New Orleans” with the title. That is the whole sourced finish. It is enough. A longer move list from a different outlet is not added.

The same event is where Tiffany Stratton won the women’s Money in the Bank contract, in a ladder match WWE lists as Stratton, Jacy Jayne, Sol Ruca, Lash Legend, Lola Vice, and Roxanne Perez. That contract is not Morgan’s. It becomes relevant sixteen days later.

Fresno, October 26

The October 26 Raw was supposed, on Fightful’s pre-show file, to include Vaquer against Lynch as a number-one contender’s match. WWE’s results say Vaquer was not medically cleared. Adam Pearce put the Women’s World Title on the line between Morgan and Lynch instead. Becky Lynch won by disqualification. WWE says The Judgment Day attacked while Lynch had the Dis-arm-her, and the referee called for the bell. A disqualification does not change the champion. Morgan retained.

After the match, WWE says Chelsea Green and IYO SKY stopped the three-on-one. Tiffany Stratton nearly cashed in. Dominik Mysterio pulled Morgan away before the cash-in became a match. “Nearly” is the word that keeps the contract in Stratton’s hands on this telling. The profile will not say the briefcase was used.

Green’s role is the awkward fact. She is the WWE Women’s Champion, she is Morgan’s Crown Jewel opponent, and on this Raw she was on the side that stopped the attack. WWE does not call that a partnership. Fightful’s October 23 SmackDown file says Green beat Roxanne Perez with Morgan in her corner that week. That is a different show and a different result. It is included because it is a sourced sighting of the two of them together between New Orleans and Riyadh, not because it settles Crown Jewel.

Riyadh, still announced

Crown Jewel bills Green against Morgan, champion versus champion, on November 7. WWE says Green won the WWE Women’s Championship in a SummerSlam five-way ladder match against Tiffany Stratton, Jade Cargill, Charlotte Flair, and Lash Legend, and that she retained against Nia Jax through a broken orbital bone. It says Green confronted Morgan on Raw the night after Money in the Bank. The Fresno segment does not remove the match. The status is announced. The storylines analysis can argue about what the disqualification did to the match. This profile stops at the booking.

The Raw hub is the show door. There is no SmackDown profile section because the Charleston card does not list Morgan in a match this desk has sourced. If she appears there, the card file changes first, and this page follows with a citation. The standards are why the medical line stays “not medically cleared” and nothing more specific.

Fightful’s Oct. 27 report adds a reported update about Vaquer, not a new Morgan match. The story says she is “out indefinitely,” that she had said Saturday she was cleared from an ankle injury for the Lynch match, and that Pearce announced she was not cleared. It also says PWInsider believes the absence is illness-related, and that her last matches were Hawaii live events on Oct. 16 and Oct. 17. This profile does not choose among those accounts. Crown Jewel is still Green against Morgan. The overnight wire is the full note.
