Rivalry

Liv Morgan vs. Becky Lynch

Morgan won a triple threat that included Lynch on Oct. 10. Lynch won by disqualification on Oct. 26. Neither result is scored as a clean singles win.

Liv Morgan

Profile

  • Women's World Champion on the WWE index.
  • Won the Oct. 10 triple threat. Retained on Oct. 26 when the match was thrown out.

0 – 0

Becky Lynch

  • Was in the Oct. 10 triple threat and did not win it.
  • Beat Morgan by disqualification on Oct. 26. The title did not change hands.

The 0–0 tally is deliberate. The triple threat is not a singles match, and a disqualification is not scored as a singles win. Both results stay in the bout list.

The scoreboard says 0–0 because this desk will not launder a triple threat or a disqualification into a clean singles win. Liv Morgan is on the left. Becky Lynch is on the right. Both have results against the field that includes the other. Neither has a singles victory that countsAsWin allows onto the tally.

On October 10, at Money in the Bank, Morgan beat Stephanie Vaquer and Lynch in a triple threat to win the Women’s World Championship. WWE’s finish is Oblivion on Vaquer after Lynch had been sent onto a table. Lynch lost the match in the sense that she did not leave with the title. She was not the legal pinfall victim in the sentence WWE printed. Scoring that as a Morgan win over Lynch would be a choice this page refuses. The bout stays on the list with singles: false.

On October 26 in Fresno, the match was one-on-one and the title was on the line because Vaquer was not medically cleared. Lynch won by disqualification when The Judgment Day attacked during the Dis-arm-her. Morgan kept the championship. A DQ win is a result. It is not the kind of win this tally counts. The winner field still says right, so a reader can see who was awarded the bout, and countsAsWin stays false so the 0–0 does not become 0–1 by accident.

Crown Jewel does not book these two against each other. It books Morgan against Chelsea Green, champion versus champion. Lynch is part of the trail because she was in the triple threat and she took the Fresno match to a disqualification. She is not the Riyadh opponent in the preview. The Crown Jewel card is the place to read Green’s match. This page does not add Green to the record.

The side-by-side facts are the champion line and the two bout outcomes. There is no claim about who is the better wrestler. The Raw results have the post-match as well: Green and IYO SKY stopped the attack, and Tiffany Stratton nearly cashed in. That post-match is not a third bout between Morgan and Lynch. Leaving it off the bout list is how the record stays about the two of them.

If a later show is a singles match with a pinfall or a submission, the tally can move. Until then, 0–0 is the accurate headline and the longer list under it is the evidence. The storyline tracker follows the title week without pretending Lynch is the Crown Jewel challenger.
